Playa Caracas, also known as Red Beach, is found at the Vieques National Wildlife Refuge. With golden sand and the turquoise water, visitors will agree that Caracas is the embodiment of a poscard-ready beach. While there are no restrooms on the grounds of the beach, there are a few small gazebos and on-site parking.
