El Festival de la Novilla

The traditional Festival de la Novilla, a heifer, is celebrated every year in the town of San Sebastián. The event features live music, an amusement park, salsa dancing, food stalls, and an artisan market. The festival pinnacle is the official parade, where a cow is decked with a crown of flowers and leads a procession of floats through the town.
