Festival del Lechón

Puerto Rico's Christmas holidays are not complete without some lechón. On December 14 and 15, the Lechón Festival will be held on the Paseo Artesanal of Las Piedras. There will be kiosks, artisans, exhibitors, and a varied gastronomic offer based on this typical dish. Besides having lechón, food kiosks will have side dishes such as "morcillas," rice with pigeon peas, and typical sweets.
