Festival de las Alcapurrias

Located on Puerto Rico's east coast, Humacao is hosting the 8th edition of its festival of the Alcapurrias. Stop at this once-a-year celebration to get a taste of this delicious fried fritter, usually stuffed with ground beef, crab meat, chicken, fish, octopus, conch, or other types of seafood.
