Vianda

Located in the San Juan neighborhood of Santurce, Vianda serves a small, seasonal, rotating menu anchored by local ingredients and products. This enables us to create, fresh, delicious food and drinks focusing on the best that Puerto Rico has to offer. With an emphasis on hospitality, we strive to provide a warm environment for our guests where one feels comfortable and taken care of. Our well rounded, slightly eclectic wine list focuses on providing delicious wines that pair well with our constantly evolving menu. An exceptional bar program focuses on utilizing local ingredients with a seasonally changing list of specialty drinks. From the modern, industry yet natural feel of the interior to the warm reception from the Vianda team, the overall vibe here is casual yet the experience resembles something slightly more elevated. Vianda is owned and operated by husband & wife team, Francis Guzman in the kitchen and Amelia Dill managing the front of the house. They have both worked in fine dining establishments in SF and NYC among those include Range, Jardiniere, Blue Hill and The Modern.
