San Juan Artisan Distillers is the only distillery in Puerto Rico that makes a rum based on sugarcane juice: we grind our cane, ferment, and distill, creating the first and only Estate Distilled rum made 100% from farm to bottle on the same property.
Visit our artisanal distillery in Vega Alta to enjoy a unique agritourism experience. We make premium rums of the highest quality and during the tour you will get to see firsthand how Puerto Rican rum is produced.
Throughout the visit, we take the participants to our sugar cane plantation, mill, the bodega where we age our rums and the distillery where we create and bottle all our products. At the end, get to taste our signature rums: Ron Pepón, the first “Ron Agricola” from Puerto Rico, and Tresclavos, made with locally sourced fruits.
