Originally called El Gran Café, for over 30 years our restaurant has been serving patrons with the best of Puerto Rican cuisine. Founded in 1972 by Doña Ana and Lucy, on the current Doña Ana restaurant we honor their legacy and continue to serve the same delicious food that first made us a staple of Bayamón. Among the must-try of the Doña Ana restaurant are the rice and beans and the chuck shoulder steak ("bistec encebollado").
