About
PROLE Cocina & Barra is a contemporary restaurant and social bar located at Santurce's up and coming Calle Cerra. Chef José Esteban Rivero returned to his home island after training in the city of Philadelphia for 11 years. In partnership with his wife, Sarah Santos, whose background focuses on Marketing, Public Relations and Events, they decided to open their first restaurant. They fulfilled their dream when they opened PROLE Cocina & Barra in April 2019. Their goal is to provide a welcoming and consistent dining experience, drawing inspiration from international flavors using high quality, fresh ingredients.
