At this viewpoint, you'll find amazing views of two of the oldest dams in Puerto Rico. Known as El Salto I and El Salto II, the dams were built in the early 1900s to provide hydroelectric energy to parts of the island. While the dams are no longer operating, the cascading waterfall effect they produce is still quite impressive and worth a visit.
