Parque Julio Enrique Monagas is perfect for any family outing. Built in 1994, this passive park is located between Ponce's Portugués and Bucaná rivers. It is the largest passive park in the island with many kiosks, volleyball courts, playgrounds, picnic areas, a skate park, a mini railway, and a lake with exotic birds and paddle boats. Many people come to spend the day with family, train, or hang out with friends.

Business Hours: Open Tuesday through Sunday and Mondays that are holidays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
