At Out of the Blue Charters, we combine local knowledge, passion, and years of experience to deliver the best fishing trips around. Capt. Jesse Prothers, born and raised in Rincón, has been fishing the waters off Puerto Rico for his entire life. Jesse knows these waters like the back of his hand.
Alongside Jesse is First Mate Anyhel, also a local from Rincón. Together, they bring over 20 years of combined fishing experience on the west side of Puerto Rico. Their local knowledge ensures that every trip is not just a day on the water, but an adventure you’ll never forget.
Our Commitment
We are passionate about providing a personalized, safe, and successful fishing experience. Our crew specializes in catching live bait and live lining pilchards to catch yellowfin tuna, black fin tuna, wahoo, mahi, rainbow runner, and king mackerel. But we will do whatever it takes to get fish in the boat; whether its live bait fishing, high speed jigging, bottom fishing, trolling, or casting poppers we will put fish in the cooler! Our goal is to make sure you leave with a big smile, a great story, and plenty to eat for dinner.
