The Ana G. Méndez University established this museum in honor of one of their most beloved professors— Dr. Josefina Camacho de la Nuez. The museum's principal exhibits are dedicated to Puerto Rican and Caribbean art, ranging from pottery to artisan objects. One of the museum's exhibition rooms also houses a collection of unique archaeological finds from pre-Columbian times.
