El Museo del Mar is a fascinating little museum dedicated to nautical life. You’ll find numerous ship models
including, Christopher Columbus’ caravels and the cruise ship Carnival Victory. You'll also find an informative mock-up of the Battle of San Juan (1797), in which the Puerto Rican forces were able to defeat the English in a bitter battle for the capital; and, of course, the largest collection of lifesavers in the world, according to the Guinness Records.
