Majados

You'll find Majados, a creative food truck specializing in criollo cuisine, in the eastern town of Luquillo. Our creative dishes are all centered around majados de viadas (mashed root vegetables)— ranging from malanga to yuca. Once you've chosen your base, it's time to decide between chicken, pork chops, steak, skirt steak, shrimps, or any combination you wish to make. Then top it all of with more flavorful toppings like cheese, sour cream, pico de gallo, or salad. We also have mamposteao rice, ceviche, and plantain nachos.
