Almojábanas are an emblematic specialty of Caguas and they've been served for nearly 100 years. This Puerto Rican delight is a rice fritter stuffed with delicious cheese. You'll find them in a small colorful food stand that's located on the sidewalk that's right in front of Caguas' Tourist Information Office.
