Himalaya Ice Co.

About

This ice cream parlor will probably surprise you, not only because of its décor, (reminiscent of a 19th century train headed to Nepal) but because of the handmade rolled ice cream they serve. After mixing the ice cream, the employee will slather a thin layer of the mix on an ice-cold stone slab with a spatula. Then, they will scrape the paper-thin ice cream into four tight rolls. It’s a mesmerizing process, so make sure not to miss it! Some of the favorite flavors are the Tesla (peanut butter and chocolate) and the Piña Colada (one of the fruitier ones), but you can customize yours to your liking.
