Hacienda Pons, formerly known as Hacienda Buena Vista, was founded in 1936 by Pedro Pons Arbona. This farm located in the Castañer sector, Bartolo neighborhood, continues to operate in the coffee sector, maintaining its original structures and machinery. It produces the Café Bartolo brand coffee named in honor of Barrio Bartolo the name of the neighboorhood where it is located.
