Guararé Cocina Puertorriqueña

About

Guararé Puerto Rican Cuisine is an authentic Puerto Rican Food Restaurant; it is a kitchen in motion in the heart of Santurce.

Guararé pays tribute to the customs and culture that characterize all of us Puerto Ricans who love our typical food, our cocktails, and local rums, and also to those who hum all the salsa songs of the greatest exponents of Puerto Ricans. And all of us who love urban art that converges the murals of La Cerra and in which Guararé integrated.

It gives space in its spacious room and on its walls with large murals where we pay tribute to Ismael Rivera, Héctor Lavoe, Rey Barreto, Tito Rodríguez, and Moncho Rivera. In addition, one of our sidewalks is decorated with the greatest exponent of the sport of baseball, the great Roberto Clemente. All this converges in a family and casual environment where all Puerto Ricans have a great time.

Guararé, it's music. Every day our playlist is a tribute to all our local singers from the genre of salsa, Latin jazz, and nova trova, among others. It is essential to mention that Guararé has three days of live music every week, giving space to local talent and being a platform for all the young artists on the patio and some consecrated ones to delight us with their talent.

Guararé is a spacious restaurant and bar; we have a large dining room, covered terrace, outdoor sidewalks, and a large patio. One of the attractions that have made us successful is the calendar of weekly events, such as the Whiskey Flights, rums, and mezcals. You can't miss the tastings of rums, whiskeys, wine tastings, and beer launches.

We have public relations initiatives with the press and influencers for our business partners, including, to mention a few, Bacardi, V. Suarez & Co., Ron del Barrilito, Macallan, and Coca-Cola. In addition, we give exposure in our market for sales to local brands such as Café Salomón, Monkey 23 Fashion, and local El Chan cigars, among others.
