Strategically located in the center of the city of Ponce, this apartment/studio offers you the opportunity to enjoy the colonial architecture of the area and all the active daily and nightlife of the city.
This elegant apartment is fully equipped and furnished, with a maximum accommodation capacity of up to 10 people. With apartments from 1 to 4 rooms with sofa bed and futon, in order to accommodate a greater capacity and comfort within it.
All our apartments also include sheets, covers, blankets and pillows. Your kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and table.
The bathroom is with a shower, hot water service, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap and shower cap.
Includes among others: Smart TV and RoKu system, WiFi, iron and board, air conditioning, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, closet with tablets, cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.
Parking is based on availability in front of the same building. In addition, we have an agreement for parking 24 hours a day, in a private parking lot in the block behind the building, for an additional charge of US$10 P/night. To reserve this private parking, please contact us before 5:00 PM.
