Destilería Capellán, located in Jobos, Isabela, Puerto Rico, is a micro-distillery renowned for its commitment to authenticity and tradition. It is the producer of Roncaña Clandestino, a typical and cultural rum (puertorrican moonshine) that captures the island’s essence passed down from our ancestors. Roncaña Clandestino is 90 proof (45% ABV). In addition to its outstanding rum, Destilería Capellán has made history by becoming the first in Puerto Rico to produce single malt and single barrel whisky, offering handcrafted products that combine rich local heritage with excellence in distillation.
