About
Casa Pueblo is a community-based organization that operates in the central mountains of Puerto Rico, specifically in the town of Adjuntas. The organization's main focus is the sustainable development of the region as well as the community-based management of the protected land that's under their purview, among many other projects.
In their main hub for operations, there's a small visitor center, where you'll be able to learn about their initiatives, plans, and visit their gift shop. While in their gift shop, don't miss the chance to buy their locally harvested coffee— Café Madre Isla. Casa Pueblo also offers guided tours through El Bosque del Pueblo, the forest lands that are under their protection. Visits to the forest have to be coordinated in advance, by calling the following number: (787) 829-4842.
