Cabacoop – Proyecto Cabachuelas

The Cabachuelas Natural Reserve is a karstic ecosystem characterized by mogotes, ditches, and a significant number of caves. The area is also characterized by its archeological value because some of the caves have pictographs & petroglyphs of our indigenous ancestors. Local guided tours are bringing by Cabacoop -“Proyecto Cabachuelas”, a community-based organization whose mission is to conserve and promote the natural, historical, and cultural resources of Cabachuelas Natural Reserve.
