The building has direct access to Isla Verde Beach, widely considered one of the best in Puerto Rico, where you can enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sunbathing, swimming, wind surfing, and other activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, hydro-flying, hiking, and more. The building also features a staffed front desk, a bar located in the lobby, a game room, a restaurant, and underground parking. If you would rather take your chances on the blackjack or roulette table, you are just steps away from some of the best casinos on the island like Casino del Mar or Stellaris Casino.

About the spaces
Our two-bedroom oceanside condo offers stunning views and a wide-range of amenities to make your stay feel just like home. The space includes all the amenities you would expect like a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom and a half-bathroom, AC, Wi-Fi internet, and cable TV. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The living room has a pullout sofa bed. The condo has a maximum occupancy of six guests.

Our ocean view penthouse studio apartment makes an excellent stay for couples or for business. This studio can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a pullout sofa bed. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and has a full bathroom, AC, Wi-Fi internet, and cable TV.
