Board of Directors Meeting

The Operations and Finances of Discover Puerto Rico are overseen by a Board of Directors. This board serves in a fiduciary capacity and meets regularly to review the organization’s plans, progress, and financial status. The Board of Directors is made up of a diverse array of leadership, representing the private and public sectors and nonprofit organizations.
